I am Trice, founder and CEO of My BLK Mental Health.

MBMH was established in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. At that time, my goal was to simply create a social media presence to serve as a space to have non-judgmental discussions that would raise awareness about mental health.

I have always had a passion for helping and understanding others. Since 2018, I have worked full time in the mental health field and currently work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the adult population.

I have decided to expand MBMH by introducing a line of apparel that is relatable, fun, and helps end the stigma surrounding mental health.

In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, spending time with loved ones, and being a mom to my cat, Bella, and my house plants.
